John Maino and Greg Webb are going for a "wow" factor when someone walks through the front door of the Ironfire Brewing Co.

Six Killer Stout

Six Killer Stout is not for the faint of heart. Six malts, six hop varieties, six ingredients—it’s a triple threat. Brewed in the style of a traditional stout with 100 percent Arabica Hazelnut coffee beans to get your clips spinning. Feeling strong? Step up to Six Killer and see who's boss! 6% ABV, 60 IBU

51 / 50 IPA

With its pungent and dank hop flavor, 51/50 IPA isn't for those looking for a "balanced" beer. Classic San Diego style IPA with minimal malt flavor so the hops shine through. Why call it 51/50? Because we have to be crazy to put this amount of hops in a beer.

6.5% ABV, 95 IBU

Gunslinger Golden Ale

Gunslinger is light bodied, slightly sweet cream ale. Lightly hopped, it is a perfect choice for the novice ale drinker or just to quench your thirst on a summer day. Although this is our lightest beer, don't be fooled by its golden appearance and light body—the beer gods approve. 4.5% ABV, 16 IBU

Synner Extra Pale Ale

It’s a sin to call this beer a pale ale, it’s so much more than that. Synner is slightly bitter with a punch in the face of hop aroma and flavor. Brewed in the tradition of a So-Cal session IPA, it’s copper in color with a medium malt body. This ale is brewed to be dry on the palate and have a distinctive fruitiness found in the aroma. 5% ABV, 50 IBU
